New class and Ramadhan

Sorry I didn't write any new entries for a long time. It's because I was so busy getting ready for school and mosque and mama went to Belfast and Malaysia ( I'll tell you about that later). So I couldn't go to mama's office to type up my blog (this is the first time since mama left to Malaysia) and I didn't have time to do anything anyway.

My new class is....well the same teacher as last year but a different class...a bit. My class is called 5/6G you guesed it. That's right I've got year 5s in my class. This year they're mixing every single class. So year4s have year 3s in their class and year 5s have year 6s in them. Did you know that there are three year 5 and 6 classes in the schoo?

Now moving on to Ramadhan. I'm going to be fasting the whole month. I can't wait. Although I could because of the food. In school we had to bring a slip saying that parents allow their children to fast during Ramadhan.

Moving on to clubs now. I've joined breakfast club on the 18th of September because I don't normally have breakfast and I come too early to school. So I might just as well do myself a favour and join Breakfast Club even though I'll be attending only for a week because of Ramadhan. I'm also going to be joining Study Skills Club during Ramadhan after school. Bit scared coming home alone but I'll be safe.

Now is about my mum. She's already submitted her thesis on last June and went to Malaysia for 2 weeks to help her supervisor (Dr. Julian, I guess so) and she went to Belfast to have an international conference. On December we'll be going around Europe. It's a bit confusing when she told me about this using a map. She went round and round up and down and so on but I could just remember what she told me. She said....

First we go to France
then we go to Switzerland
then we go to Italy
then we go up to Austria
then we go to Prague in Czech Republic
and last but not least we go back to United Kingdom.

Hi Amira,

Selamat berpuasa :) Hope you'll manage to fast for 30 straight days. It's easy to fast in UK because the days are short, but the temptation..hmmm... banyak2 bersabarlah.

Tumpang gembira to know that your mum has submitted her thesis :D she must be very relieved right now and can spend more time with her family and travel to Europe. That trip will be really fun. (and hey, the places in Europe that you mentioned tells me that you got good memory since you can remember the name of those places).

Have a blessed Ramadhan to you and your family.

ps: celebrating Eid in Cardiff?
